The problem
The client's existing WordPress site was built on a generic theme years ago and hadn't been updated. Pages were loading over 5 seconds on mobile, the layout broke on smaller screens, and the content no longer reflected the services offered. The contact form hadn't been receiving submissions for months — turns out it was broken.
The strategy
Audit first, rebuild second. Map every broken element — forms, mobile layout, performance — before touching a file. No guessing. Fix root causes, not just the surface.
The solution
Rebuilt the site on a clean custom theme using Elementor Pro for content control. Migrated all existing content, rebuilt every page with conversion-focused layouts and clear CTAs. Set up WP Rocket, Imagify for image optimisation, and Cloudflare for CDN. Fixed and end-to-end tested all forms before handover.
