Services: This site describes and sells WordPress development, WooCommerce setup, booking automation, and AI integration services for small businesses. Full project scope, deliverables, and pricing are agreed in writing before any work begins.

Payments: Project payment terms are set per engagement. A written summary of deliverables and timeline is provided before payment is requested. For Fiverr orders, Fiverr terms of service apply.

Intellectual property: Upon receipt of final payment, the client owns the deliverables agreed in writing. Third-party plugins, themes, and services are subject to their own licensing terms.

Limitation of liability: Results from website improvements depend on many variables outside the scope of development work. No specific outcomes, rankings, or revenue figures are guaranteed.

Changes: These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance.
